If you must cancel your appointment, please be considerate and do so more than 48 hours in advance.

• Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a no show fee of $50 non-medical/$100 medical. You will need to pay the fee before you are able to reschedule.

• If your appointment is more than 48 hours in advance, you can log into your account and cancel your appointment online. Please call (614) 471.7564 (SKIN) or text (614) 586.6463 to cancel your appointment.

• You may leave your cancellation notice on our voicemail. As long as the voicemail was received more than 24 hours in advance, you won’t be subject to the $50/$100 no show fee.
