Clients who cancel their appointments less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment/s.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment/s.
If your appointment is more than 24 hours away, you can cancel or reschedule online.
You may leave your cancellation notice on our voicemail.As long as the voicemail was received more than 24 hours in advance, you will not be charged a fee.
