With more than 15 years in the aesthetics industry, Crystal Gayle has built her career around one thing: helping people achieve healthy, beautiful skin they feel confident in. As the founder of Crystal Gayle Aesthetics, Crystal combines extensive hands-on experience with an ongoing passion for skincare, advanced treatments, and the science behind healthy skin.
Known by her clients for her expertise, honesty, and personalized approach, Crystal takes the time to truly understand each client's skin, concerns, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she believes the best results come from thoughtful treatment plans, professional skincare, and education that empowers clients to care for their skin between appointments. Her clients consistently describe her as knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in their results.
As CGA has grown, Crystal's role has evolved from treating clients herself to also mentoring and developing a team of licensed aestheticians who share her commitment to exceptional skincare and client care. Her vision for Crystal Gayle Aesthetics is to create an environment where clients receive not only beautiful treatments, but knowledgeable guidance, individualized attention, and a skincare experience they can trust.

With over 8 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, Bri is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin through personalized, results-driven care. She specializes in acne treatments, anti-aging services, and customized facials, tailoring each treatment to her clients’ individual skin concerns and goals.
Bri also offers sugaring and waxing, spray tans, lash lifts and tints, and brow shaping and tinting. She loves creating a welcoming, relaxing environment where clients can feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their skin.

With experience in B2C marketing and lifecycle marketing, Wes is passionate about understanding what clients need, creating meaningful customer experiences, and helping businesses grow through thoughtful, strategic marketing.
At CGA, Wes works closely with Crystal to support the continued growth of the practice—from brand strategy and digital marketing to website development, client communications, and business operations. His focus is on making every part of the client journey feel as thoughtful and seamless as the experience inside the treatment room.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, Wes brings a data-informed, customer-focused perspective to CGA while helping translate Crystal's vision for exceptional skincare into a growing, modern aesthetics brand.
