Appointment Policies

We want your experience at Crystal Gayle Aesthetics to feel seamless from booking to treatment. Our policies help us protect your time, our team’s time, and the experience of every client.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Appointment Policies. 

By providing a credit card, you authorize Crystal Gayle Aesthetics to charge the card on file for any applicable deposits, cancellation fees, rescheduling fees, no-show fees, or other charges outlined below.

  • All appointments require a valid credit card on file.

  • Some services require a deposit at booking. Deposits are applied toward the final service invoice, must be paid by credit card, and cannot be paid with a gift card.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited if you cancel, reschedule, no-show, or arrive too late to receive your scheduled service.

Booking & Deposits

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling. No fees apply when 48+ hours' notice is provided. Any deposit is applied toward the cancellation or no-show fee.

Fixed-Price Services

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service price*

  • Same-day cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service price*

Consultations & Variable-Price Services

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: $50 fee

  • Same-day cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show: $100 fee

Packages

  • For packages and prepaid services, applicable fees may be deducted from the remaining balance or charged to the card on file. If deducted, the applicable service or portion of the package is considered used and will not be reinstated.

Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions or termination of booking privileges.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (> 10 minutes) may shorten or require rescheduling of your appointment. If an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled due to a late arrival, the applicable fee may apply.

All consultations are complimentary and require a valid credit card on file. The cancellation and no-show fees above apply.

  • Packages and prepaid services are subject to the same cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late-arrival policies. 

  • Packages and prepaid services are also subject to their stated expiration dates and terms.

Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at the discretion of Crystal Gayle Aesthetics and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
